The Ultimate Winter Warming Soup

INGREDIENTS:

6 cups vegetable broth
¼ cup fresh basil | chopped
1 onion | chopped
1 ½ cups butternut squash | diced
1 cup black chickpeas | diced
2 tbsp dried thyme 
1 cup cherry tomatoes | halved
1 cup chickpea pasta | uncooked
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp key lime juice
1 tbsp dried oregano
½ tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Then, simmer until the butternut squash is soft and enjoy!
