INSTRUCTIONS:
Apply a thin, even layer of cooking oil to the inside and outside of the pan, then place the pan upside down in the oven. Add a large baking sheet to the rack below the pan and bake at 475° for one hour. Allow to cool, then your pan is ready to use.
