Okra Fries

INGREDIENTS: 

2 cups okra
¼ cup avocado oil
¼ cup spelt flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all of the spices to a bowl and mix well. Then set aside.

Add the okra to a bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle the spice mix and toss.

Transfer to a baking tray and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Then enjoy with ranch dip.
