Nourishing Autumn Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

Dressing:
1 tbsp agave
2 tbsp tahini
¼  cup spring water
½ tsp sea salt

Salad:
1 cup quinoa | cooked
1 cup chickpeas | roasted
1 cup butternut squash | roasted
1 cup arugula
½ apple | sliced
¼ cup dressing

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, blend all the dressing ingredients then set aside. In a plate, add the salad ingredients and the dressing. Mix well and enjoy!
