How To Make The Perfect Quinoa

1 cup quinoa | rinsed
2 cups spring water
¼ tsp sea salt


Soak the quinoa for a minimum of three hours to improve digestibility. Rinse, then add all the ingredients to a pot.

Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 15 minutes.

Once all of the water is absorbed, remove from heat and fluff the quinoa with a fork. Cover for another five minutes, then enjoy!
