INGREDIENTS:

2 oz chondrus crispus gold sea moss
spring water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Ensure there is no dirt in the dried sea moss, then rinse several times in spring water. After rinsing, soak the chondrus crispus sea moss in spring water for 24 hours. The sea moss will expand during this process.
