Hemp Milk

1 cup hemp seeds
2 cups spring water
3-4 whole dates | pitted
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp date syrup | optional


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until smooth. You may leave mixture as is, or strain with a cheesecloth. Serve then store remainder in a glass airtight container, in the fridge.
