Healthy Donuts

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups butternut squash | boiled and mashed
1 cup kamut oats
¼ cup date sugar
1 cup mixed dried fruits and approved nuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the dried fruits and nuts. Mix well then form dough into a ball and top with the nuts and dried fruits. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
