Healthy Alkaline Chilled Peach Basil Tea

1 peach | grated 
1 fresh basil leaf
1 tsp date syrup
8 oz boiling spring water


In a teapot, brew the grated peach and basil leaf in 8 oz boiling spring water for 15 minutes, then refrigerate to chill.

When chilled, pour the peach basil tea into a glass, sweeten with date syrup and enjoy!
