INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen bananas
½ cup frozen kale
½ cup arugula
2 chlorophyll capsules
1½ cups spring water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Then enjoy!
