3 cups spring water
½ cup organic ginger root peel
2 key limes
Peel the ginger root then add ½ cup of the peel and 3 cups of spring water to a pot.
Simmer for 45 minutes, strain, then set aside to cool.
When cool, pour into a mason jar and add the juice of 1 key lime.
Mix well and store in an airtight mason jar for up to 3 days.
Enjoy a shot daily.
