Electric Strawberry Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS: 

Pie Crust:
1 cup walnuts
½ cup dates
¼ cup coconut oil

Filling:
½ cup agave syrup
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup strawberries | chopped
1 tbsp key lime juice
2 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a food processor, add all of the ingredients for the pie crust and mix until combined. Press onto a pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F and let cool.

Add all the ingredients for the filling in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

In the pan with the crust, add the filling. Then chill for at least 5 hours. Top with strawberry compote and enjoy!
