INGREDIENTS:
Salad:
1 cup cucumber | chopped
1 cup romaine lettuce | chopped
Dressing:
1 cup fresh basil
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup key lime juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp agave
¼ cup brazil nuts
¼ cup shallots
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a blender, add all of the ingredients for the dressing. Blend and set aside.
In another bowl, add the ingredients for the salad and ¼ cup of the dressing. Toss well, then enjoy!
