INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp whole elderberries
1 tsp ginger root
10 oz boiling spring water
1 frozen banana
elderberry ginger tea ice cubes
8 oz coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a teapot, brew whole elderberries and ginger root in a boiling spring water for 15 minutes, then set aside to cool.
When cool, pour into an ice tray then freeze.
In a blender, add frozen bananas, elderberry ginger tea ice cubes, and coconut milk.
Blend, then enjoy!
