Butternut Squash Cookies

INGREDIENTS: 

½ cup butternut squash | boiled and mashed
1½ cup spelt flour
¼ cup avocado oil
¼ cup agave syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well. On a floured surface, knead the dough, then flatten with a rolling pin. Using a cookie cutter, mold the cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
