Brazil Nut Cheese

This recipe can be used as a Base for any cheese sauce.

Ingredients:
1½ cup brazil nuts (soaked overnight)
½ cup spring water
¼ cup hemp milk
1 tsp lime juice and zest
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp cayenne
    Instructions:

    Add all ingredients, except water, to a food processor or blender.

    Blend all your ingredients, adding ½ cup of spring water at a time until desired consistency is reached. Add to your favorite pasta base and / or pizza. Store in an airtight container, in fridge.

    Optional: blend in 1/2 teaspoon of sea moss gel, made from raw sea moss, to thicken the cheese, or add a small pinch of sea moss powder.
