Brazil Nut Cheese

This recipe can be used as a Base for any cheese sauce.

1 1/2 cup brazil nuts (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup spring water
1/4 cup hemp milk
1 tsp lime juice and zest
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne

    Add all ingredients, except water, to a food processor or blender.

    Blend all your ingredients, adding 1/2 cup of spring water at a time until desired consistency is reached. Add to your favorite pasta base and / or pizza. Store in an airtight container, in fridge.
