1 coconut sheet1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp alkaline hummus | from Alkaline Herb Shop's FREE Cookbook
¼ cup red bell peppers | sliced
½ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup avocados | sliced
¼ cup arugula
1 tsp key lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all of the ingredients in a coconut sheet.
