INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cherry tomatoes
½ cup olive oil
3 stalks green onions | whole
½ cup basil leaves
1 tsp thyme | dried
1 tsp oregano | dried
1 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a baking tray, add all of the ingredients. Mix well, then bake for 2½ hours at 250 degrees F. When baked, remove the green onions and basil leaves, then store in an airtight container to use with your favorite dishes!
