INGREDIENTS:
5 plum tomatoes
2 tbsp date syrup
4 pitted dates | whole
1 tsp tamarind concentrate
1 large shallot | chopped
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground cloves
2 tsp date sugar
4 strawberries | chopped
¼ cup grapeseed oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a saucepan and cook on medium low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and enjoy with burro fries!
