DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules daily in the morning.
Blood (Iron)
DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon.
Colon (Happy Colon)
DIRECTIONS: Take 2 to 5 capsules per day. Use the smallest number required to provide comfort. Take two to three times per week. If results are not observed, increase frequency to daily. Allow up to 12 hours for effect to occur. Do not take for longer than 30 days at a time.
