Description & Ingredients

Each bag contains 4 oz of organic or wildcrafted dried elderberries, whole black elderberries (Sambucus nigra) from Albania, known as saúco or bayas de saúco in Spanish. A favorite for homemade elderberry tea and elderberry syrup. No fillers or additives.

How to Use

DIRECTIONS:

To make elderberry tea, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of dried elderberries to 10 ounces of boiling water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat, strain, and enjoy. Dried elderberries should be cooked before use.
