INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup zucchinis | sliced at an angle
¼ cup green onions | sliced
½ cup green olives | halved
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
2 cups spelt spaghetti | cooked
½ cup basil | chopped
2 tbsp key lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pot, add the avocado oil, zucchinis, green onions, green olives, onion powder, oregano, sea salt, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
Then add the rest of the ingredients. Toss and enjoy!
