INGREDIENTS:
Salad:
2 cups cucumber | half moon slices
½ tbsp sea salt
Dressing:
1 tbsp date sugar
2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp key lime juice
1 tsp onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, add all the salad ingredients. Toss and let sweat for 10 minutes, then drain.
In another bowl, add all the dressing ingredients. Mix well then add to the cucumbers. Toss and top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
