Sesame Quinoa Salad

INGREDIENTS:
Dressing:
1 cup sesame seeds
½ cup spring water
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
¼ cup key lime juice
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ginger root powder
2 tbsp coconut aminos
¼ tsp sea salt
Salad:
1 cup quinoa | cooked
½ cup red bell pepper | chopped
½ cup cilantro | chopped
¼ cup cucumbers | chopped
½ cup spring onions | sliced
¼ cup sesame dressing
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, blend all the dressing ingredients then set aside. In another bowl, add the dressing and the salad ingredients. Mix well and enjoy!
