Quinoa Flatbread

INGREDIENTS: 

1 cup quinoa | uncooked and soaked
½ cup spring water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and pour onto a baking tray.

Drizzle with sesame seeds and bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

Then use it to make your favorite sandwiches!
