INGREDIENTS:
1½ cup day old spelt bread | diced
1 cup roma tomatoes | chopped
1 tsp sea salt
¼ cup red onions | chopped
¼ cup basil | sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp key lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, add spelt bread and roma tomatoes, sprinkle sea salt over the tomatoes to draw out the juices. Add all the remaining ingredients. Toss well, then enjoy!
