INGREDIENTS:
1 cup tahini butter
1 cup spelt flour
½ cup walnuts crushed
¼ cup date syrup
¼ cup agave
1 tbsp date sugar
¼ tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix well, then use an ice cream scoop to separate the dough into balls and layer on a baking tray.
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes or until the cookie edges are golden brown. Let it cool, then enjoy!
