Improve Your Energy With These Herbs

INGREDIENTS: 

1 tsp burdock root
1 tsp dandelion root
1 tsp raspberry leaves
1 tsp ginger root
10 oz boiling spring water
Supplement: sea moss
tumbler

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a glass tumbler with an infuser, add all of the ingredients. Brew for 5 minutes, strain, then enjoy!
