INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ cup green onions | chopped
½ cup onions | chopped
1 cup mushrooms | chopped
1 tbsp sea salt
2 cups cherry tomatoes | chopped
2 tbsp basil | dried
1 tbsp thyme | dried
2 cups chickpea pasta | cooked
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pot, add all the ingredients except the pasta. Stir and let the liquid evaporate. Then add the cooked pasta. Toss, and enjoy!
