Elderberry Infused Sea Moss Gel

Ingredients:

2 oz chondrus crispus gold sea moss
spring water
6 tsp whole elderberries

Instructions:

Soak 2 oz of chondrus crispus sea moss in spring water overnight.

The following day, brew 6 tsp of whole elderberries in 2 cups of hot spring water for 15 minutes. Strain then set aside to cool.

When cooled, blend the rehydrated sea moss with the elderberry tea to form gel consistency, then refrigerate in an airtight glass jar for up to 3 to 4 weeks.

You can add this delicious sea moss gel to your juices, smoothies and foods.
