INGREDIENTS:
1 cucumber | sliced
2 cups garbanzo beans | cooked
1 hass avocado | chopped
3 key limes | juice and zest
1 shallot | chopped
1 tsp basil | dried
1 tbsp tahini
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a food processor, add all the ingredients except for the cucumber. Process until smooth and serve with sliced cucumber.
