INGREDIENTS:
Dressing:
¼ cup key lime juice
1 tbsp oregano | dried
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp agave
½ tsp sea salt
Pasta:
1½ cups chickpea pasta | cooked
¼ cup red bell pepper | chopped
¼ cup yellow bell pepper | chopped
¼ cup green bell pepper | chopped
¼ cup cilantro | chopped
¼ cup cucumbers | chopped
¼ cup red onions | chopped
¼ cup dressing
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients for the dressing, then set aside.
In another bowl, add the ingredients for the pasta and ¼ cup of the dressing.
Mix well and enjoy!
