3 cups green burro bananas | peeled and chopped
1 cup approved seed mayo
¼ cup alkaline dill pickle juice
¼ cup alkaline dill pickles | chopped
¼ cup green onions | sliced
1 tbsp oregano | dried
1 tsp agave
½ tsp red pepper flakes
4 tsp sea salt
In a pot of boiling spring water, add the burro bananas and 3 tsp of sea salt. Boil until soft, strain and let cool.
While the burro bananas cool, add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then add the boiled green burro bananas. Toss and enjoy!
