INGREDIENTS:
1 cup avocados | chopped
2 tbsp key lime juice
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Toast a slice of spelt bread in a cast iron pan, then cut in half and set aside.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mash well and spread on the toasted spelt bread.
Top with red pepper flakes, cherry tomato’s and sesame seeds, then enjoy!
