Cinnamon Banana Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

Dough:
4 manzano bananas | mashed
2 cups kamut flour
½ cup agave syrup
½ cup avocado oil

Filling:
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup date sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients for the dough and mix well. On a floured surface, knead the dough, then flatten with a rolling pin.

Sprinkle the cinnamon and date sugar on the dough and roll. Cut the rolled dough and add to a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Drizzle with date syrup. Serve and enjoy!
